In particular, we collect and transfer your personal information to the United States only: with your consent; in the context of your use of the app; to perform services under the contracts we have in place with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of ours that does not outweigh your rights or freedoms. We strive to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal information and to use it only as described in this Privacy Policy. We also enter into data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses with our affiliates and vendors whenever feasible and appropriate. For more information regarding the GDPR and data transfers, click here https://ec.europa.eu/info/priorities/justice-and-fundamental-rights/data-protection/2018-reform-eu-data-protection-rules/eu-data-protection-rules_en.
